The Cascade

The thing about starting to run, is that it makes me sore.
The thing about being sore is that it makes me stretch.
The thing about stretching is that it makes me breathe.
And breathing simply makes me feel better. :)

Ok ok ok, you are getting me inspired to put the shoes back on and hit the pavement. I have only been for one run since we landed down here, bad aye. Once life settles down i will explore the new town on foot. The good thing is there seems to be heaps of parks, the bad thing is i will be competing will all the young fit students....come join me.....

You will rock those youngens girl are you kidding me? They'll be your rabbits and you will run like hell! Not the same here running without you.... we need to start planning which tropical destination we want to meet for that run!! :)

Oh, awesome post Wen! Someday I'll make it more than 4 blocks before I start walking again. Oh I forgot - you get the pleasure of not measuring your runs in blocks, someday I'll get to do that too :).

Carla- you totally can do it, it is how i started out too, not in blocks but minutes of running and then walking. Yeah... to retirement in the northwest!!! :)
